Webstore products ship to the US only. Shipping rates are based on USPS priority shipping. If another shipping method is preferred, please reach out through the contact page. International orders are accepted as commissions and done on a case by case basis.

All purchases are final once shipped. If damage or loss is incurred during shipping, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed. If damage to a piece costing >$100 is incurred after receiving the item and is fixable, Arcane Accents will fix it free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

All artifact designs are the intellectual property of the proprietor of Arcane Accents. Arcane Accents maintains the right to copy, repurpose, and resell the designs as seen fit.

Commission purchases-
A $50 deposit and design fee is required to begin working on the commission. There is a $20 design adjustment fee for each change made to the original design. Once the design process has begun, the design fee is nonrefundable. Pricing varies between commissions based on time, resources, sizing, and skills required. Please refer to the portfolio for commission requests. Arcane Accents does not paint portraits or pets.

Process-
After the customer has reached out and the commission has been accepted, a digital render of the design will be sent to the patron for approval. Once the design is approved, the creation of the artifact begins. Process pictures are often posted to social media for customers to follow. Final photography of the piece is posted and sent directly to the customer for approval. After final payment is received, the artifact is packaged and shipped to the customer’s address of choice.
